In 2025, Melissa and Monte traded sunny California for the greener pastures of Pittsford, Vermont, bringing with them a passion for local, sustainable, and high-quality ingredients. As part of their farm-to-table vision, they partnered with Vermont’s own Wilcox Premium Ice Cream to deliver the perfect sweet touch to any celebration. Originally founded by Amy Soos in 2022, Sunny Day Scoops is proud to continue her legacy of bringing joy and memorable moments to every event.
Our charming ice cream carts are fully customizable to fit weddings, birthdays, parties, and special occasions of all kinds. You’ll also find us scooping at local events throughout the Vermont summer.
At Sunny Day Scoops, we strive to make your event not just delicious, but truly one-of-a-kind. From custom umbrellas and floral arrangements to a wide variety of flavors and creative toppings, every detail is thoughtfully tailored to you.
Our Rentals
We offer a fully customizable Ice Cream Cart which allows you to choose your umbrella color, flavor choices, and topping options. We will work with you to ensure our small footprint provides a large value to your wedding or event!
