Bone Broth

Born in the Green Mountains of Vermont, Sunny Day Broth is a mobile, farm-to-trailer company serving nutrient-dense, soul-warming bone broth crafted from locally sourced ingredients and produce grown on our own farm. We believe wellness begins with what’s in your cup — that’s why every sip supports regenerative agriculture, local farmers, and sustainable living.

Perfect for après-ski recovery or a cozy moment by the fire, our broths are rich in collagen, protein, and minerals that strengthen joints, improve gut health, and boost immunity. By using eco-friendly packaging and partnering with nearby farms, we’re creating a sustainable cycle that nourishes both people and the planet.

Sunny Day Broth isn’t just a drink — it’s warmth, wellness, and Vermont in a cup.

Ingredients

We start with local organic chicken, add a mix of onions, garlic, and seasonings, and then process the broth to maximize the collagen content and extract the most amount of flavor.

Not wanting to leave out the vegans and vegetarians, we drew inspiration from the Korean corn tea Oksusu-cha, as a way to utilize the abundance of corn grown throughout the Green Mountain State. This delicious, subtly sweet base has been infused with garlic, onions, and California Bay leaves to create a savory broth with an abundance of health benefits.

Next, you get to customize it with your choice of flavors, including smoked tomato, Calabrian Chili, ginger turmeric, or Thai Red Curry.

Need a little texture? We have freeze dried produce at its peak, including sweet corn, scallions, carrots, and forbidden rice.

On the go

We took all of the convenience of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, but turned it into a savory, healthy, filling beverage that you can use to warm your hands and your insides throughout the day.

Bone broth ticks all the boxes whether you are getting ready for a day in the snow, a stroll through a picturesque New England town, or a drive through the back roads.
